During our meeting, we will review the intake form outlining your infant's current sleeping patterns, medical history, and your desired goals. We will then design a customized sleep plan including proven gentle strategies tailored to meet your baby and family's needs.
After we begin sleep training, my support will continue with daily check-ins (phone or email) as needed for two weeks where we can discuss any questions, concerns, and successes you have throughout the sleep training process.
