My Approach
Sleep coaching is more than just sleep. It's about helping babies learn developmental skills of self-soothing, creating secure attachment between parent and baby, and supporting parents through this trying developmental period. I absolutely love this part of my practice. Not only is it healthy for babies to have regular sleeping patterns, it is also a bonus to help parents regain the ability to sleep through a night. Rested babies are happier babies—rested parents are happier parents.
My approach to Sleep Training and Parent Infant Massage includes a well-rounded understanding of Child Development, Attachment Theory, Relational Theory, Family Systems Theory, Positive Parenting, and Somatic Psychology. My education and experience allows me to work with families and their little ones holistically to foster healthy development and restful sleep.
